The Chairman of Daman Group LTD, Sir Ako Obioma, has commended and thanked Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, for his reverend leadership response to his plea “End Injustice, Destruction and Corruption in Abia State”.
He said that while on inspection visit to ascertain the level of work at the Umuopara ring road project, by a team from the Ministry of Works led by the immediate past commissioner of works, Hon Bob Ogu, the ministry confirmed receiving Sir Ako Obioma’s petition concerning some contracts awarded to his company. This also includes the Osisioma ring road, which the officials said is receiving appropriate attention. The government officials promised to make sure that justice is not only done, but seen and accepted to be done on the matter.
However, Sir Ako Obioma has expressed his reservation on the reactions, threats and manner of response from the Senator T. A Orji’s family over his emotional laden truth about the injustices meted out to him, but insisted that he cannot join issues with them due to the respect he has for Senator T A Orji.
According to him, replying Rt Hon Chinedum Orji or his agents is tantermount to joining issues with Sen T. A Orji, whom he refers to as senior brother because Rt Hon Chinedu Orji and his father are like a quote from the Bible. “In addition, the Father judges no one. Instead, he has given the Son absolute authority to judge, so that everyone will honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son is certainly not honouring the father who sent him”.
He advised Speaker Chinedum Orji to imbibe the discipline and peaceful nature of His Excellency, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu. He added emphatically that he (Sir Ako Obioma) would never honor an earthly son except our Lord Jesus Christ as mandated by His Father our creator.
