The younger brother to ex-Diplomat and former governorship aspirant in Abia State, Chief Azu Emuchay is dead. The news of the death of Azu Emuchay broke out today, Thursday 6th August, 2020.
Azu Emuchay from Azumini in Ukwa area of Abia State retired as a manager from the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC. He was said to have died this morning after a brief illness. At the time of this report the body of the deceased is said to have been deposited in the mortuary, while the family is making arrangements to officially announce his death.
Until his death he resides in Lagos. The death of Azu Emuchay was confirmed to NewsCritic by a close family source. His death is unrelated to the COVID-19 disease according to our source.
