By News Critic Reporters There was an outpouring of joy at Echendu Memorial Hall, Umuda Okpuala, on Monday as the Nneoma Victoria Okwulehie Foundation held its annual empowerment programme, bringing hope and relief to indigent, vulnerable and elderly residents of Ohuhu.
