PDP Chieftain, Atulomah, Accuses Otti Of Starving Local Govts Of Funds

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Abia State and Chairman of the Enyioma Foundation, Chief Enyinnaya Duke Otulamah, has accused Governor Alex Otti of starving local government councils of funds.

Speaking as a guest on The Agenda, a national radio programme on Don 103.7 FM, Chief Otulamah challenged Abia’s local government chairmen to make their account statements public for comparison with allocations received from the Federation Account.

He also claimed that the Otti administration still owes pensioners despite claims of full payment, urging the government to publish the list of cleared pensioners.

Otulamah further alleged that the present administration lacks transparency and sponsors online influencers to promote propaganda in its favour.
