Traditional ruler of Eziama/Mgbaja Ossah Autonomous Community, Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State, His Royal Majesty Eze Chiabuotu Emenike on Saturday 9th March, 2025 led his subjects in a communal gathering where the people publicly recommit to their faith and service to God through prayers.
The prayer summit which brought sons and daughters of the community together was conducted by the President of Living World Ministries and Chancellor Rhema University, Aba, Pastor Emma Okorie who led the gathering in prayers of invocations and declared the liberation of Eziama/Ossah community from the forces of darkness and manipulative powers.
Pastor Emma Okorie said that a King who brings his people close to God through prayers such as the King of Eziama/Ossah, will witness the glory of God in his kingdom as God would answer all their prayers.
The president of Living World Ministries admonished the people of Eziama /Mgbaja Ossah autonomous community to create a good chapter for themselves in life by making peace and shunning all forms of resentment, as God will not bless any community that thrives in wickedness and evil. Pastor Okorie said all should prepare for the kingdom of God and make our ways right before God, saying that the community has fully put their trust in God and no one can snatch it out of the hand of God.
In a chat with the press at the end of the prayer crusade, Eze Chiabuotu Emenike, said they gathered to rededicate themselves to God, and to ensure that the people of Eziama/Mbaja Ossah pray together always.
Eze Emenike stressed that the prayer summit is an annual programme designed to seek direction from God in the affairs of the community.
Said the King “what we have done today is to rededicate this community back to God, draw fresh power and fresh anointing in the Service of God. We believe that anything we place in God’s hands will never go astray”.
He said his message to his subjects is ‘love God, love yourselves and be hard working’. He advised the youths to try and be engaged usefully so as to stay away from crime.
Eze Emenike thanked the chancellor of Rhema University for finding time out of his very busy schedule to be the guest speaker at the event, describing him as true son of the soil.
