A chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Abia State, Chief Chinedu Obilor has accused the governor of the state, Dr. Alex Otti of deceit, alleging that the state chief executive has not lived up to his promises of bringing change in Abia. Obilor, better known as Iyierioba said the governor has not demonstrated that he is different from his predecessors.
