Friends, Associates Gather In Umuahia To Pay Tribute To The Late Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu

NDIGBO from all walks of life will gather in Umuahia the Abia State capital on Thursday 10th November, 2024 to honour the late President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo worldwide, Chief (Engr) Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu (Ahaejiagamba) Ndigbo,

as the global Igbo community mourns his death. He died on Thursday July 25, 2024 at 82.

History will be made on Thursday 10 October,2024 when Ndigbo all over the world will gather at Aguiyi Ironsi Conference Centre, Umuahia Abia State to honour the Igbo leader and President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo world-wide, Chief Engr Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, who passed on recently.

The event organised by Friends and Admirers of Chief Engr Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu will feature funeral songs, Messages, Speeches, tributes, dirges and other side attractions.

Expected at the occasion include Traditional Rulers, Clergy, Traders, Transporters, UNN alumni, Nigeria Society of Engineers, Government officials, Legislators, workers and indeed Members of Igbo public and societies across the length and width of Igbo land.

The former spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo world-wide and CEO of AkuruUlo International Media Chief Chuks Ibegbu, and World Igbo Business Council expressed his happiness over the program and called on Ndigbo all over the world to attend the event.

Ibegbu also lauded the peoples-oriented Governor of Abia state Dr Alex Otti for his great identification with programs to honour the fallen Igbo leader. He will be buried on November 1st at his home town.
