Chuks Collins, Awka The Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Alfred Nnaemeka Ugochukwu Achebe, the Agbogidi, has appointed a celebrated Nigerian diplomat, a finance professional -Ojinnaka Azikiwe into the cabinet of the popular commercial city.
