I am amazed, if not dazed at this political stunt by Dr Alex Otti.
What really does Dr Alex Otti intend to achieve with this outing and posturing.
It is highly preposterous for Dr Alex Otti to parade the same principal actors including the immediate past deputy governor of Abia State, all of them elected under the platform of the PDP party within the past 24yrs, and which the Alex Otti’s present govt of Abia State, adjudged to be a colossal failure and catastrophic disaster in the 24yrs political dominance and governance in Abia State
I’m prompted by this unsavoury political romance to ask;
Is Dr Alex Otti on the verge of abandoning the labour party (LP) that brought him to power, in contemplation of his 2nd term (2027) re-election ambition?
Is Dr Alex Otti on a clandestine mission to return to the PDP using the forum of fmr speakers of Abia State House of assembly and having noticed a leadership vacuum in Abia PDP?
Could this style of political lobbying be all there is about Dr Alex Otti’s political sagacity?
Could this be Dr Alex Otti’s subtle diplomacy in political reconciliation with his erstwhile political party (the PDP)? As well as PDP gladiators?
Why is Dr Alex Otti desperately seeking recognition, acceptance and endorsement from the Dramatis Personae that he, Alex Otti alleged to have plundered our collective patrimony and militated against Abia’s socio-political and economic growth and advancement in the past 24yrs according to him?
What is the essence of setting up an asset recovery panel with the sole objectives of recovering Abia State “looted” properties, most of them in the hands of the same political actors he’s swaggerliciously posing with, fronting and seeking recognition and endorsement from?
What is the status and fate of some of these men whose names are conspicuously enlisted and invited by Dr Alex Otti’s panel for questioning over infractions by the immediate past PDP govt of Abia State? Albeit with all their media trials and social media indictments…
On the flip side, the speech and remarks of the group, each of them a former No: 3 citizens of Abia State, elected under the PDP political platform, within the alleged 24yrs misrule. These individuals/group should bury their faces in shame for leading a rapacious and disastrous PDP govt of malady in Abia State for 24yrs. What a SHAME!!!
