Officials suspected to be workers of the Umuahia Capital Development Authority(UCDA) this afternoon, sealed the State Secretariat of the leading opposition Party in the State, PDP under the guise of recovering properties belonging to the State Government..
The Officials who were accompanied by heavily armed Police Officers refused to disclose their identities and on whose order they were sealing the Secretariat but only said they were acting under instructions from above. Recall that the Panel of Inquiry set up by Abia State government has been working to recover government properties. many top officials of the immediate past administration of Dr Okezie Ikpeazu have been invited or ordered to return vehicles in their possession.
