The Director-General of a non-Governmental organization, NGO, Global Awareness for Public Safety Foundation, Apostle Chuks Alozie, has commended the Deputy Speaker of House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Ben Kalu on his divine Elevation to the position, describing him as a thorough breed, whose capacity and Leadership qualities is exemplary and outstanding in his representation of Bende Federal Constituency.
Apostle Alozie who stated this during an interactive session with the media in Umuahia, implored the Deputy Speaker Rt Hon Ben Kalu to rise up to the occasion to give the youth leadership hope and direction, as well as to ensure that his office is used to promote youth integration, empowerment and skills acquisition.
He emphasised the fact that what is expected of the present political leaders across board is to bequeath a sound moral values, discipline, quality representation, transparency and accountability to the people they represent.
The DG Global Awareness for Public Safety Foundation congratulated Rt Hon Ben Kalu the Deputy Speaker of House of Representatives, and expressed confidence that with his position Abia State has been placed at the fore front of the schemes for National cohesion and conversation.
According to Alozie the Deputy Speaker should use the office to promote and build diplomatic relationships worldwide, and bridges of friendships as well as to work in synergy with various MDAs, international bodies and multi-nationals to attract development to Abia State, South East and Nigeria at large.
In the same vein, Apostle Alozie also commended and congratulated Rt Hon Nkeiru Onyejiocha on her appointment as the Minister of State Labour and Employment of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He added that her wealth of experience and legislative sagacity and capacity will surely impact positively on the lives of the people given the strategic portfolio assigned to her.
