…as Chibuike Nwosu vows to defeat Erondu jnr
The APGA candidate for Obingwa West State Constituency, Chibuike Nwosu has assured his people of defeating Chief Erondu Erondu jnr at the polls, because he has the capacity to do so. He accused his opponent of empowering the people with the people’s money, and assured them of proper representation if elected.
He assured them that in no distant time, he would move from one ward to another to share the bags of fertilizer provided by Sen Enyinnaya Abaribe.
Read him, “You people shouldn’t be afraid, because I have the capacity to defeat Erondu jnr, when the time comes. Sen Enyinnaya Abaribe is my political father, and I am proud to associate myself with him for he is a fearless man, always ready to defend Ndigbo. He had distributed many bags of fertilizer to different local government areas in Abia South. The bags of fertilizer he gave to Obingwa West are in my custody. Very soon, I shall visit the wards to share the fertilizer, and I shall give out other gifts too.
He enjoined his people to vote for Prof. Greg Ibe, Sen Enyinnaya Abaribe, Hon. Solomon Adaelu and Chibuike Nwosu. And he decried the selling of PVCs, an act he considered unnecessary.
Speaking also, Hon. Uwaoma Olewengwa told the people of Obingwa that she was among the people who had insisted that Ngwa man must govern Abia, and she expressed her disappointment over Dr Okezie Ikpeazu’s poor performance in office. Commenting on the state of affairs in Abia, the former Abia state commissioner was of the view that the people in Abia are suffering and smiling. And she encouraged the people of Obingwa West to be courageous, stating that power belongs to the people.
Hon. Uwaoma Olewengwa praised Prof. Greg Ibe for his philanthropic/ humanitarian works and she informed the people that up to thirty indigenes of Obingwa are under Prof. Greg Ibe’s scholarship. She advised the people not to go home after casting their votes, saying that February 25 election will pave the way for Prof. Greg Ibe’s victory in March.
Furthering, Rev. Ehiemere notified the people that Prof. Greg Ibe is a Consultant to some foreign countries, including the UNO. Speaking on his competence, the State Chairman reiterated that Prof. Greg Ibe has the capacity to change the face of Abia and he informed the people of Obingwa West that Abia YPP is the same as Abia PDP.
Rev Ehiemere said “A vote for Abia YPP is a vote Abia PDP, because they are one and the same. It is on record that some of the roads the YPP governorship candidate had constructed have collapsed. As for Prof. Uche Ikonne of PDP, he couldn’t manage Abia State Polytechnic when he was there as a Rector, and even as the Vice Chancellor of Abia State University, Uturu he couldn’t prove himself to be a good administrator. Such a man cannot govern Abia, in fact. Moreover, his candidacy is an encouragement to godfatherism, and Abians do not need a man who is tied to the apron strings of the Governor. Prof. Greg Ibe is the only governorship candidate in Abia who has no skeleton in his cupboard.”
