The Deputy Traditional Royal Ambassador Ohuhu and Co-Host of the just concluded Iwa Ji Ohuhu 2022, High Chief Victor Ikeji has expressed his profound appreciation to the Chairman Ohuhu Council of Traditional Rulers, HRM Eze Nnamdi Ofoegbu and the entire council of Ndi Eze for honouring his request to confer a Chieftaincy title on the Labour Party, LP, governorship candidate, Dr. Alex Otti.
Chief Victor Ikeji, who also holds the title of Kpakpando Ohuhu and Kpakpando Umuahia Gburugburu in a statement said he is thankful to the royal fathers for consenting to his request to bestow this rare chieftaincy honour on Dr Alex Otti at the glamourous Iwa Ji Ohuhu ceremony, held at Umule na Umunso Okaiuga Alike Autonomous Community on 25th August 2022.
According to Chief Ikeji, the Ohuhu council of Traditional Rulers demonstrated inclusivity and that they are indeed father to all by this singular act of honour done to the iconic banker cum politician, adding that he is grateful for their kind consideration to his demand.
Dr Otti was among the notable Abians of repute who were conferred with chieftaincy titles in recognition of his commitment and sterling contributions to the development of mankind and the society at large.
Others who were honoured on the auspicious day include, Rt. Hon Chinedu Orji, Speaker Abia State house of assembly, Colonel Austin Akobundu (rtd) amongst others.
