It has come to the knowledge of the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji that some criminal elements who impersonate Mr Speaker on the social media particularly Facebook/ Facebok Messenger, lure unsuspecting members of the public with offers of non-existing jobs in some Federal agencies including the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and defraud them of their hard-earned money in the process.
The bank accounts the criminal elements use in defrauding innocent members of the public through these antics are as follows:

While the fraudulent activities of these criminal elements have been reported to the relevant authorities for appropriate action, and also to the Management of FCMB to shut down the fraudulent account in order to safeguard members of the public, citizens are by this announcement strongly advised not to respond to any message on the social media purportedly coming from the Speaker nor fall prey to the antics of the impersonators.
Let it be stated clearly that Mr Speaker does not have any Facebook account, therefore, cannot contact anyone via the app for whatever purpose.
