Abia: Ugochukwu Ezeocha Urge PDP Stakeholders In Ohuhu To Unite Ahead Of 2023 Elections

The Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, candidate for Umuahia North State Constituency seat in the 2023 General Election, Hon Ugochukwu Ezeocha has sued for peace and unity among PDP Stakeholders in Ohuhu ahead of the 2023 General Election.

Hon Ugochukwu Ezeocha made this appeal during his interaction with PDP Stakeholders in Ohuhu at the residence of Chief Ebisike Okengwu one of the leaders of the party in Ohuhu, and during his presentation by the PDP Stakeholders to the Ohuhu Council of Traditional rulers as their candidate for the Umuahia North State Constituency race.

He said that it is very important that the party remains united and go into the 2023 General Election as one indivisible and united front, adding that his emergence as the PDP candidate for Umuahia North State Constituency is divine and the wish of God.

The PDP candidate thanked the stakeholders for their unwavering support for the party both in Ohuhu and Abia state in general and promised to pursue genuine reconciliation within the party in the run up to the General Election.

Ugochukwu Ezeocha called on party members to close ranks and work for the success of the party at all levels in Abia State, saying that he can only represent Ohuhu if he wins the election.

While presenting him before the Ohuhu council of Traditional Rulers led by HRM Eze Nnamdi Ofoegbu, the Leader of the PDP in Ohuhu, Dr Aham Uko and the PDP State Treasurer, Prince Ben Okezie said the PDP as the party in power in the state has nominated Ugochukwu Ezeocha as the candidate for Umuahia North State Constituency seat because the party wants to get it right.

They thanked the traditional rulers for receiving them and promised to continue to work hard for the interest of Ohuhu and Abians.
