Suspended IRT commander remanded in NDLEA’s custody Ex-AGF, four SANs in Kyari’s legal team Two civilians – Chibunna Patrick Umeibe and Emeka Alphonsus Ezenwanne – arraigned along with suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Abba Kyari and four other policemen, yesterday pleaded guilty to unlawfully importing and possessing 21.35 kilogrammes (kg) of cocaine. But Kyari, as well as Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Sunday J. Ubua, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Bawa James, Inspector Simon Agirgba and Inspector John Nuhu pleaded not guilty.
