The husband to the late NAFDAC boss, professor Dora Akunyili, Dr Chike Akunyili has been reportedly shot and killed by Gunmen who waylaid him yesterday Tuesday 28 September, 2021.
It was gathered that he was killed while he went for his wife’s memorial lecture. Although details of the incident is still sketchy at the time of this report, however, Dr Chike Akunyili corpse is said to have been deposited at the mortuary.
