Immediate Past Vice Chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, MOUAU, Professor Francis Otunta reportedly died in a ghastly motor accident yesterday on his way to Enugu. The cause of the accident was not immediately known, however, the former Vice Chancellor had a turbulent time at MOUAU toward the end of his tenure.
