The Abia State High court, Aba Judicial division under Hon. Justice A. U. Kalu, today the 10th day of December, 2020 vacated the interim order of injunction restraining the Abia State Electoral Commission (ABSIEC) from conducting the 18th December, 2020 local government elections. The Court also ordered that ABSIEC should make available relevant forms to political parties wishing to contest the local government elections without charging any refundable deposit.
