The spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo world-wide Mr chuks Ibegbu has declared that there is no division or crisis in the leadership of the apex Igbo body, except in the figment of imagination of misguided elements.
Ibegbu noted that the elements that went and deceived the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, to register a fake organisation are enemies of Ndigbo, being used to cause confusion in Igbo land. he declared the culprits as persona non grata in Igbo land and at their hometowns.
“These elements are used by Igbo enemies with peanut to cause confusion in Igbo land and they will be ostracised in Igbo affairs for this treasonable act, Ibegbu noted, asking the federal government to probe the CAC and what is happening there.
“It shows no due diligence is done at that place and the management there need to be investigated, Ibegbu noted. I am not a lawyer but I know there are rules to register organisations. This was not followed. Ohanaeze NEC and Imeobi will soon meet to address the issue, Ibegbu noted, insisting that it’s Igbo turn to produce Nigeria President after President Buhari even though Ohanaeze is dogged on its Restructuring agenda.
He congratulated the Igbo World Assembly and is World Wide President Dr Nwachukwu Anakwenze for the last zoom conference it held which attracted strong participation all over the world. He noted that posterity will continue to recognise the patriotism of Dr Anakwenze and his commitment to Igbo progress within and outside the country.
Ibegbu noted that Ohanaeze will be building bridges and links with all parts of Nigeria to realise the 2023 Presidency.
