This is to bring to the attention of Peace Loving Abians that a Radio Station in Abia State with the signal LOVE FM, frequency 99.9 megahertz has-been floating a Jingle depicting Chief Mao Ohabunwa, as the Senator representing Abia-North Senatorial District.
When I called Mr.Chris Owje, (Mr.C) the Head of Programme and expressed to him of the legal consequences of such act of impersonation, he assured me that he will revisit the jingle and correct accordingly.
To my dismay, the Station on Friday April 17, 2020 @ 10.30am on a Program of Chief Mao Ohabunwa, still described him as the Senator representing Abia-North which again is an utter disdain on the intelligence of Ndi-Abia North who voted for their BELOVED son. a two-term Executive Governor of Abia State and today’s Distinguished Senator representing Abia-North Senatorial Zone.
Let it be known that I also have spoken with the presenter of the program, Mrs Vivian and who has understood the serious implication and promised to approach the Traffic Department and to do the needful. If this impersonation continues, we will call the attention of the Abia State Commissioner of Police to do the needful. The good People of Abia-North are very Proud of whom they massively Elected as the distinguished senator representing Abia-North senatorial zone, H/E Dr Orji uzor kalu, the Chief Whip of the Federal Republic of Nigeria’s senate.
