The chairman of the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Muhammad Abubakar has been kidnapped along the Kaduna-Abuja Expressway. Abubakar was kidnapped on Monday, April 29, alongside his daughter at Kurmin Kare Village along the Kaduna-Abuja Expressway.
