The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has asked the Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai to perish its planned military operation in the south-east and channel its energy in fighting insecurity in the north. It described the operation as a misplaced one, insisting the Southeast was relatively peaceful.
