The father of Five who was arrested by the police in Umuahia for allegedly sleeping with his teenage daughter has filed for divorce at the Ohafia Magistrate Court seeking to divorce his wife of many years.
Mr. Chukwuemeka Ezebuiro, 51, has approached the Magistrate court asking it to grant his prayers to divorce his wife of over 16 years, Mrs. Ugoeze Ezebuiro on the grounds of allegedly committing adultery with her pastor.
Ezebuiro, who just returned from Holland before the incest incident occurred at his Umuoriehi community house, in the divorce suit accused the wife of having sexual relationship with her pastor, whom he joined as the second defendant.
In the suit the complainant is seeking among other things an order of the Magistrate court dissolving the marriage on the ground of adultery. He is also seeking and order stopping the wife from bearing his name and using same in any capacity.
The plaintiff is also asking the court to direct the 1st Defendant to return the dowry the complainant paid to her parents, and to equally order the 1st Defendant to pay him N1, 000, 000 ( One Million Naira) for committing adultery with her pastor. The Complainant also want an order of the court giving him custody of the children of the marriage especially the minor.
The suit has been slated for hearing on May 30th, 2019 at Ohafia Magistrate court.
The complainant was three weeks ago arrested by the Police in Umuahia for molesting his 16-year-old daughter sexually. However, after four days in detention he was released by the police at the Central Police station Umuahia. Not satisfied with the handling of the incident at the CPS Umuahia, who asked the couple to go home and settle, the wife with the assistance of the children school management petitioned the zone 9 headquarters Umuahia, where a thorough investigation is being carried out, following which the father might be charged to court.
Mr Ezebuiro accused the wife of frame up and is asking for divorce though the couple have separated years back.
